How do you prevent cheating?
We’re working on automated anti-cheating detection (background noise, pacing, AI traces), it’s coming soon. For now, recruiters get full audio recordings of each answer, so you can spot inconsistencies yourself.
Can I customize the interview questions?
Not yet, all candidates get the same structured set, optimized for comparability. But we’re happy to adapt the scoring logic based on your role or industry.
Can an AI really assess soft skills like a human?
Not entirely. But for early screening, it’s fast, consistent, and good enough to filter obvious mismatches. You still hear how they speak, think, and present themselves. The final judgment is yours.
What if a candidate is nervous or introverted?
That’s okay, we don’t reject anyone automatically. You get a full transcript and voice recording to make your own decision.
Do you provide English level scores (like CEFR)?
Yes, you’ll see a mapped level (A2 to C1), plus comments on grammar, fluency, and clarity.
